1. Information we collect

• You provide: name, email, phone, service and billing addresses, booking details and notes, messages, ratings, profile photos, and (for providers/crew) business and availability details.
• Automatically: log and device data, approximate location derived from addresses you enter (latitude/longitude for routing), and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• From payment processing: Stripe processes payments and shares limited transaction data (amount, status, last four digits). We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: create accounts, take and dispatch bookings, route crews, message you, process payments, refunds, and payouts.
• To operate and improve the platform, provide support, and keep it secure.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share it

• With your Provider: when you book, your booking and contact details are shared with the home-service Provider (and their assigned crew) so they can perform the service.
• Service providers (processors): Supabase (hosting/database/auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and mapping providers, acting on our behalf.
• Legal & safety: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Multi-tenant separation

Each Provider’s data is isolated. A Provider can only see their own customers, jobs, and crew; a customer’s data is visible to their Provider and to Just One Home platform staff for support and operations.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

7. Security

We use row-level access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

The platform is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
